It is currently the leading company in the Nigerian Crop-Protection industry and its Cocoa-exporting business is amongst the top 5 in Nigeria. The company’s FMCG business is the maker of popular personal and home-care products that are distributed throughout the country, while its Public-Health unit is a major provider of health kits and devices to the public health sector. Description:

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will have direct responsibility for the management of the group’s human resources and implementation of all her HR Policies.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* First degree in Business Administration or any of the Social Sciences )
* An MBA is a must & CIPM qualification will be an advantage

Age & Experience:

* Not more than 37 years
* Minimum of 7 years working experience in HR related positions

General Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills.
* Analytical, Interpersonal and Leadership skills are a must in addition to being self motivated.
* Successful Candidates should be prepared to work in any part of the country and within the West & Central African sub-region.
* Computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office packages like MS Word and Excel.
